Glory Light Poem

Your light is beautiful and radiant

It shines wherever I go

Wake up all who are sleeping

This is something you all need to know

I am a carrier of His Glory

Now what is your story? 

I am blessed coming in, and blessed going out

When you walk with Jesus, you will not doubt

Shine your light on us Jesus and transform us from the inside out. 

                 You Are Women of Substance

A woman of substance is a woman who fears God and shuns evil. She is a woman of greatness and honor. She is self-reliant, influential with class, ambitious and plans for her future. She has good qualities about herself. She takes action with boldness, confidence, and courage. She is not afraid to step out on faith and take risks. She is a positive role model for peers and the younger generation.

A woman of substance is a good leader and carry the qualities of a good leader. She has honesty and integrity. She inspires others. She has passion and commitment, She is a good communicator. She is creativity and innovative. She knows who she is in Christ, and knows this with conviction. When she look in the mirror, she sees every unique quality that God created within her. She has a unique purpose and determined to reach her destiny.   

The Characteristics of a Godly Woman

She is far more precious than rubies, pure and holy ( Proverbs 31:10). Her true source of power is her devotion to God. A Godly woman is a woman of grace. A woman of excellence, beholding Gods face. She walks with the Lord with integrity. She knows her purpose and destiny. No matter what happens in her life, she walks in Gods love, reflecting the beauty of her face above. 

A Godly woman is clothed with strength and dignity. She practices modesty ( 1 Timothy 2:9), and is trustworthy and honest( Proverbs 31:11-12).  She has a heart after God. She is God fearing (Proverbs 1:7). Godly woman put others needs above her own. She is not selfish, but loving and caring. She gives of herself; genuine. 

A Godly woman speaks speaks with wisdom (Proverbs 31:16). She submits to her husband (Ephesians 5:22-23). She is teachable and has a gentle, quiet spirit. She is hardworking and sacrificial (Ruth 2:17). She is led by the Word and not by the World (Luke 1:38). Amen!

Take Your Stand

Listen to the sound of the wind blowing from the East. I am blowing a fresh wind upon you. This fresh wind is going to give you a new charge! A new refreshing! Lift up your arms to me. Feel the fresh wind of my Glory. For I am renewing old mindsets and mentality. I am blowing away old thinking. You will have a new posture, a new stand. You are being positioned for battle. Your old posture could not stand for battle. You will take a position in which you will not be easily moved. You will stand firm in the midst of any battle. Nothing by any means will sway you! You will be strong in battle and in the Power of my Might. Ephesians 6:11-13, " Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done           everything, to stand."    

Amazing God

God you are so amazing. Your mercy endures forever. You are the creator of Heaven and Earth. You are the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. Heavenly Father I adore you. Mighty is your name Lord. You are worthy to be praised! Psalm 100:4-5, "Enter his gates with thanksgiving, his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, bless his name, good indeed is the Lord, His mercy endures forever, his faithfulness lasts through every generation." 

Lord, let your light shine forever. You are the light of the world. John 8:12, "Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life." 

Matthew 5:14-16, "You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lamp stand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven." 

Lord, you are light in a dark world. God let your Glory shine upon us. Let your light fill the earth. Your glory is powerful! Your light exemplifies your goodness and how great You are. You are our strength. We cannot survive in darkness. Lord, you give us life. In your presence there is fullness joy. Father you are an amazing God. We thank you for your grace, mercy, love, and favor.

Gods Glory

God desires to shine His Glory upon us in the midst of our trials, storms and tribulations. When everything seems dark and gloomy, Gods light shines right through. When it seems like we are in a whirlwind, our eyes are to look up to God in the midst of the storm. Do not focus on the storm surrounding us but keep your eyes to The Lord. When your eyes are focused on the storm, what do you see? I see confusion, kayos, fear, doubt, lack of faith, pain, hurt etc. The mind is powerful. It is the battlefield. Transform your thinking and focus on Abba Father. Our creator, our healer, our provider, our deliverer. He is the Great I AM! Have faith, trust and believe. When your situation looks impossible in the natural, just remember there is nothing too hard for God. The storms are designed to build us up. To make us stronger. We are warriors prepared for the battlefield. We are girded up with our shield and sword ready for battle.

Ephesians 6:10-18 NIV, " Finally, be strong in the Lord and his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition, to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people.
